No faces

We'll now that I know what I've got, I don't see faces anywhere! Isn't that silly? Maybe  too busy writing new poetry for my pocket poem library?

#Pareidolia is fun

#Pareidolia is fun! You don't know you " have" it until someone points out to you your new obsession. After awhile a person looks forward to what new faces or inspirations will pop into view.

#Pareidolia

Apparently pareidolia is the psychological phenomenon involving vague and random stimulus being perceived as significant. ( from Wikipedia) with the word coming from the Greek words "para" in this context meaning something faulty, wrong, instead of and the noun "eidolon" (image shape form). Or in short... Pareidolia is a type of app phenom, seeing patterns in random data !

I really don't look for who's #looking back at me, but there it is ... a #face or two or three!

More Faces

Everywhere I #look lately there are #faces staring back at me. Usually when I'm down or #busy I look up and somewhere somehow I see a face, staring back at me. Like these two lovely faces, bringing a #happiness to me...

Every where I look I see a face looking back at me. Do you see them too? This face is looking at me from a white parking line! Is it saying " don't drive on me?"deboakes@weebly.com

This will be the best year yet! People are becoming aware of their surroundings and of their environmental impact upon the earth. We lead by practising. It's not really about saving the planet for me, it's about being kind to one another and respect. Respect goes along way and I really don't think there is much respect left in the world today. Respect isn't taught like it used to be..."back in the day". I think children will follow your good examples but I also think they need to be shown. As in the old days.

A new leaf

Spring is a time for newness. I feel myself changing. Getting new inside, what will the rest of my life bring as I start this new chapter!

Why even David Letterman is starting a new chapter in life!

Change

It is now March 29th of 2014! My how time flies! Quite a few things have changed since the last time I was here. I have quit my full time job. It's a bit of pain here and there but overall better.
I will promote my book - Desperate Writers of Port Alberni Write Again - with a little more vigor. I will be able to spend more time working on my next novel as well. These are two of the many projects I have in mind to complete!
